…I want to pass on my passion for cooking and studies of several years in your home by having you taste dishes designed and created according to precise quality standards.

My cooking is rooted in all that is life such as nature, other cultures and traditions of the many peoples that drive them to use different ingredients and products. Of course, this allows me to contaminate my purely Italian type of cooking by fusing it with other countries.

Finally, I believe a lot in passions because they allow me to create new dishes.

We have been working in catering for several years, but this evening Chef Giorgio managed to amaze us! In particular his food-wine pairing. His risotto was just reminiscent of the taste of pizza, and moreover, his dish made completely out of zucchini appealed to my wife very much. Our surprise dinner for our wedding anniversary was a combination of new discoveries between food and location.

Two friends gave us the wonderful experience of ‘Chef at Home’ Giorgio Cesareo. With professionalism, discretion and sympathy, Giorgio prepared a 5-course dinner. The quality of the dishes and the presentation were of a very high standard! It is a very nice experience (which we will repeat), with the quality of an excellent restaurant and the comfort of being at home! Bravo!
